Shipping policy

We use the United States Postal Service. Just about all of our items ship flat in a rigid mailer using their First Class Package service because it is trackable. You do have the option to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail or Express Mail. Please let me know if you have trouble upgrading your service or if you feel your shipping charge is incorrect.

Processing Times: We cut and/or print each item to order so once you place your order, we need a specific amount of time depending on which item you order to prepare and pack your item(s). Then there is the shipping time on top of our processing time. So if you purchase Express Mail, which is 2 days, that doesn't mean you will have your item in your mailbox in 2 days. We still have to pull your item, cut it or print it before we package it up and mail it out. Processing times depend on the item. For cut items, 3-5 business days. For printed items, 2-3 business days. For printed and cut items, 2-3 business days. For laminated items, 3-5 business days. Ready to ship items, 1-2 business days. Then shipping depending on which service you use.

We only ship to the United States.

For digital purchases: an email will be sent to you with a link to download your digital purchase as soon as payment clears. Please save that email so you can re download in the future.
